Ribbon Cutting Was
A Huge Success!
On Thursday, September 6, 2012, Founder & CEO Bob Reina and VP of Training & Development Allison Roberts cut the ribbon to officially open the Humane Society of Tampa Bay’s new Animal Health Center.
The Grand Opening Ceremony was attended by City Council and County Commission members, a wide variety of news media, Royal Blue Diamonds Minh & Julie Ho, Grand Blue Diamonds Rob & Stephney Roder, Blue Diamond Leslie Brown and the entireTalk Fusion Executive Team, along with Humane Society Board Members, Staff Members and Volunteers, hundreds of supporters and other local luminaries.

Attendees may have expected the requisite “donor” speech from the honored guest, Founder & CEO of Talk Fusion Bob Reina, who gave the Society $1 million to
fund the building of the Animal Health Center. But they
were soon riveted when he humbly and graciously presented a $75,000 check to HSTB Executive Director Sherry Silk and the Albano Family to be used for naming the feral cat patio “Wendy’s Kitty Camp” at the Animal Health Center, in honor of the late Wendy Albano.
