is a Founding Partner in Vital Life World, and oversees all of VLWs' various divisions. She's one of the reasons VLW has seen vast growth in recent history. She's responsible for the organization and operations of VLW, and brings more than two-decades of experience with her to this position. Educated in the United Kingdom at the Champneys International College she quickly began to excel in the health and beauty industry. Working at such prestigious places as The Canyon Ranch and LaPaloma Resort, she soon moved into management. As a key member of Steiner Leisure Limited, the world's largest spa operator, she became an outstanding leader in their Maritime Division. Later she was appointed the first land-based Director of Operations and was accountable for the world-famous Atlantis Resort (Paradise Island, Bahamas) and the Former, Aladdin Resort (Las Vegas). In addition, she's successfully served as Spa Director at the Point of Aventura and at the distinguished 5-star Fisher Island Internationale Spa, likewise she's consulted for a variety of spas worldwide. With her innovative style, she's created and maintained several spas from concept through completion for VLW. She launched hotel resort spas, medical spas and the incredibly inventive spa aboard the 24,000-ton passenger ship the M/V Explorer, which VLW owns and operates, under Piljeks' management. Consulting for others who wish to reinvigorate the spa industry, or those who want to renovate their home or private space into a Wellness Home, Piljek is the ‘go-to gal' in the industry. She also holds the sought-after C.I.D.E.S.C.O. diploma in the field of beauty therapy and cosmetology as well as a state cosmetology license.
